Our slow-feed hay net feeders are constructed of 11 gauge formed steel and is equipped with the heaviest netting available on the market with a 1 ¾” hole pattern. The netting uses a square opening of 1 3/4" twisted-knotted nylon that is rated for over 700 lbs. of strength per strand and is UV resistant. The Hay Trap round bale feeder can handle any size of round hay bales, even oversized 5x6 hay bales up to 2,000 lbs. We also offer a large square bale feeder that will accommodate any size hay bales. We have recently added a small square feeder that can handle 3 to 4 small square bales. There are 5 drainage holes on the bottom, so water can easily escape, along with having a premium powder-coat paint finish.
